Information for Presenters

Oral Presentations

Full Papers are allocated 30 minutes for presentation including questions. Please plan for 20-25 minutes presentation to allow sufficient time for questions.

Short Papers are allocated 20 minutes for presentation including questions. Please plan for 10-15 minutes presentation to allow sufficient time for questions.

Presenters must report to the corresponding session chair during the break preceeding that session. It is advisable to upload slides to the presentation PC (Windows) in advance.

Poster Presentations

In addition to the poster itself, presenters are required to prepare a 1-slide (1 minute long) oral presentation. This slide must be sent in advance to doceng2010-chairs@primaresearch.org by 10 September 2010.

The size of posters should be ISO A1 (594x841mm, 23.4x33.1in). Portrait or landscape orientation is acceptable. Poster boards and suitable fixing materials will be provided.

A local poster printing service is provided by the University of Nottingham. Collection of the posters will be at the conference. For further information and pricing, please go to http://www.eprg.org/doceng.html.

Demonstrations

Table with power outlet will be provided. Wi-Fi is available throughout the conference center.
